Lin Weixiong (1916-1950), also known as Lin Jungui and nicknamed Lin Meng, is a native of linjiazha village, Fuli Town, Yangshuo County, Guangxi Province.
Life of the characters
after graduating from high school and primary school, he joined the Kuomintang army, served as the commander of the class, platoon and company, and served as the chief of the major section of Nanning sub supervision department. From 1945 to 1947, he served as the head of Bilian Township and welfare township. He wantonly recruited soldiers, grain and taxes, which was appreciated by the higher authorities. In 1948, he was reappointed as the commander of the 5th regiment of Baoan, Guangxi. Later, it was incorporated into the 330th division of the 46th army and attached to the regiment. On October 7, 1949, he was captured in Qinzhou mountain area and sent back to China. After returning home, he and Shi zuoheng of Lingui county organized bandit forces and called themselves deputy commander of anti communist guerrillas in the border areas of Lin (GUI), Yong (Fu), Yang (Shuo) and Gong (Cheng) to carry out riots. In 1950, he was captured and suppressed by our anti bandit forces.
