Li Yi
Li Yi, born in Bengbu, Anhui Province, China on June 20, 1979, is a Chinese professional football player. He is now the head coach of Sichuan jiuniu football club.
In March 1991, Li Yi joined the locomotive junior football team. He has played in many Chinese Super League (a) clubs such as Beijing Guoan, Shenzhen Ping'an and Shaanxi Chanba. He is the main player of Shenzhen club who won the first Chinese Super League Championship in 2004. In 2003, he won the last generation a golden boot award. Li Yi is fast and in good physical condition, but unfortunately, he is not so good. Before 2003, he played well in the national team and the Olympic team, but later he was not very satisfied. In early 2011, Li Yi announced his retirement.
