Huang Yihe (April 1934 - April 8, 2019), from Shenyang City, Liaoning Province, joined the army in 1949, engaged in music creation in a cultural and industrial troupe of the people's Liberation Army, and went to Korea to participate in the war of resisting US aggression and aiding Korea in 1950.
Director of CCTV (the first generation director of the Spring Festival Gala), member of China Television Arts Committee, member of China filmmakers Association, and member of China Musicians Association. In 1983, 1984, 1985, 1986, 1990 five "Spring Festival Gala" as director.
