Fan Weigang (1922-november 26, 2017) was born in Yuci, Shanxi Province. He joined the army in March 1938 and joined the Communist Party of China in June of the same year. He once served as vice political commissar of Naval Aviation Department.
On November 26, 2017, Comrade Fan Weigang died in Beijing at the age of 95.
