Li Xiaobo

Li Xiaobo, male, Han nationality, was born in February 1963 in Qingshuihe, Inner Mongolia. He started work in August 1984 and joined the Communist Party of China in December 1986. He has a university degree, master of engineering and master of Business Administration for senior management.

He is currently an alternate member of the 19th CPC Central Committee, a member of the Party group and vice chairman of the CPPCC Shanxi Provincial Committee.
