Zhang Chongde
Zhang Chongde, male, Han nationality, born in November 1954 in Lianshui, Jiangsu Province, is a member of the Communist Party of China, with a postgraduate degree, Professor, master's supervisor and the rank of major general of the armed police force.
He once served as deputy director and member of the Party committee of the Frontier Defense Administration of the Ministry of public security.
Personal resume
He joined the army in 1970 and served successively as monitor, platoon leader and instructor. In 1978, he served as the staff officer, secretary and Secretary of the Party committee of the Zhejiang military region and the Zhejiang Armed Police Corps. In 1985, he was the director of the office of Zhejiang provincial frontier defense Bureau. In 1992, he was the leader of the policy research group, director of the research office and director of the office of the General Administration of border defense of the Ministry of public security. in 2000, he served as deputy bureau level investigator (Deputy military post) of the border control administration of the Ministry of public security. in September 2001, he served as the chief (Deputy military post) of Guangdong Provincial Public Security Frontier Defense Corps. In March 2004, he served as deputy director of the border control administration of the Ministry of public security. He was promoted to the rank of major general of the armed police force in July 2003.
Appointment and removal information
On April 17, 2012, the Ministry of public security organized a meeting to announce the adjustment order of the leading group of the frontier defense administration, at which Zhang Chongde's removal order was read out.
