Wang Peihua, male, department director and chief physician, once worked as a visiting scholar in Mary Hospital of Hong Kong, Affiliated Hospital of Penn University of the United States and other hospitals under the support of "100 Talents Program" of Medical College of Jiaotong University and "Wang Kuancheng medical award fund of Shanghai Jiaotong University". He is also vice chairman of Pan Asian Society of facial plastic surgery in China, standing member of Otolaryngology branch of Chinese Medical Association, member of Otolaryngology branch of Chinese society of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine, member of Otolaryngology Committee of Shanghai Medical Association and head of rhinology group. In nearly 30 years of medical practice, "functional and morphological reconstruction of otonasal trauma deformity" has been determined as the direction of clinical research, which fills the gap in the field of trauma and deformity in our major. We are studying the application of nasal endoscopy technology, computer-aided navigation technology and 3D technology to make the operation more minimally invasive and more accurate. At present, there are patients with nasal bone fracture, external nasal deformity, nasal septum deviation and external nasal tumor from all over the country.
Research direction
1. Functional and morphological reconstruction of ear and nose trauma and deformity; especially: endoscopic nasal deformity, nasal bone fracture, nasal septum minimally invasive plastic surgery. 2. Endoscopic treatment and integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine for rhinitis and sinusitis. 3. Resection and repair of external nasal tumor.
