Early experience

Born in Xichang City, Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province, Yan Xi began to practice martial arts at the age of 6. He studied under Qian xingyong, the leader of xianhumen of Emei school and one of the world's top martial arts masters. He has participated in many stage plays and martial arts performances.
