Plant signal transduction. 2. Plant secondary metabolism. 3. Plant primary metabolism. engaged in molecular mechanism research of plant signal transduction and metabolic regulation. The main research work is to analyze the molecular mechanism of plant primary metabolism and secondary metabolism regulation by means of molecular biology and functional genomics. mainly engaged in the molecular mechanism research of plant stress resistance regulation and secondary metabolism. The research focuses on the molecular mechanisms of plant hormones regulating Arabidopsis root development and tobacco secondary metabolism. plant root development is regulated by many plant hormones such as ethylene, abscisic acid, auxin and jasmonic acid. Among them, the interaction between ethylene and auxin signaling pathway plays a key role in plant lateral root development. However, the molecular mechanism of ethylene regulating auxin signaling and affecting lateral root development is still unclear. We analyzed the molecular mechanism of Ethylene Regulation of lateral root formation by using the improved Arabidopsis culture system and a series of Arabidopsis mutants related to ethylene and auxin signaling. tobacco is an important model plant for the study of plant secondary metabolism. In addition to its important role in the regulation of nicotine synthesis, tobacco is also an important material for the study of the regulation of plant pigment and carotene synthesis. Our research in tobacco is mainly to analyze the molecular mechanisms of tobacco secondary metabolism including nicotine, anthocyanins and carotene through functional genomics.
