Tian Wenzhong

Tian Wenzhong (June 19, 1941 -), an actor and host of Taiwan television company, was born in Beijing and moved to Taiwan with his parents when he was 7 years old.

Tian Wenzhong graduated from the acting director group of the film and Drama Department of the National Academy of Arts (now the National Taiwan University of Arts). In his early years, he was a reporter and teacher of young lion radio station. At the beginning of the establishment of Taiwan TV, Tian Wenzhong joined Taiwan TV and took part in TV dramas through the introduction of Zheng Bingsen, a famous film critic in Taiwan (pseudonym "Lao Sha"). In the 1980s, Tian Wenzhong transformed into a host, and his representative work was "I love Hong Niang", a TV dating program co hosted by Shen Chunhua and Zhang Yueli. In 1984 and 1985, Tian Wenzhong and Shen Chunhua won the 19th to 20th Golden Bell variety show host Award for "I love Hong Niang". In 1988, Tian Wenzhong left "I love Hongniang" for some reason, and "I love Hongniang" was presided over by Zhang Yueli alone. After his retirement, Tian Wenzhong settled in the United States with Wang Haibo, 15 years younger than him.
