The second ward of breast surgery is specialized in tumor surgery, diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer. Engaged in tumor surgery for more than 20 years, with solid tumor surgery theory and clinical work experience, the main research direction is the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer. He presided over the project "molecular mechanism research of breast cancer" of provincial medical college, won the second prize of achievement of provincial medical college, presided over the project "multi factor prediction and evaluation of breast cancer prognosis" of Provincial Medical College and the key project "Research on metastasis mechanism and individualized treatment selection of breast cancer" of Provincial Department of science and technology, all of which reached the international advanced level.

In August 1988, he graduated from the Department of medicine of Shandong Medical University and has been assigned to work in Shandong cancer prevention and treatment institute. He has successively served as chief surgeon of surgery, deputy chief physician of general surgery, researcher (chief physician) of Shandong breast disease prevention and treatment center (Shandong breast disease diagnosis and treatment technology research and Promotion Center). Postdoctoral Fellow, Institute of cancer, cancer hospital, Fudan University. From August 2004 to July 2006, he was a postdoctoral fellow in Oncology Research Institute of Oregon Medical University and a senior visiting scholar in breast disease center of legacy general hospital. From July 2006 to July 2007, he was a postdoctoral fellow in Karmanos cancer center of Wayne University School of medicine, holding the qualification certificate of clinical practice training for American oncologists.

Clinical research work

Engaged in tumor surgery for more than 20 years, with solid tumor surgery theory and clinical work experience, the main research direction is the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer. Published academic papers, SCI included 6 famous journals such as cancer research, JBC and intjmolmed, and more than 40 domestic core journals such as Chinese Journal of cancer and Journal of Chinese Medical Association. Keep in touch with international advanced cancer research institutions. They are competent in the application of conventional breast cancer diagnosis and treatment technology and the current fashionable technology, such as breast conserving surgery, sentinel lymph node localization biopsy instead of axillary dissection, maimerton minimally invasive biopsy and so on. After returning home, he paid attention to the research on the second and third line salvage treatment options for severe advanced breast cancer, presided over the project "Research on the understanding and treatment options of triple negative breast cancer" of the Provincial Department of science and technology, and devoted himself to the development of early diagnosis technology for breast cancer, localization biopsy of suspicious lesions, breast reconstruction after breast cancer surgery and breast cosmetic surgery.
