Shen Hao

Shen Hao (May 1964 - November 6, 2009), male, Han nationality, from Xiaoxian County, Anhui Province, joined the Communist Party of China in July 1986, started work in 1986 and graduated from Tongling finance and Economics College.

In 2004, as the second batch of selected rural cadres in Anhui Province, he served as Deputy Secretary of the Party committee of Xiaoxihe Town, Fengyang County, first Secretary of the Party branch of Xiaogang Village and director of the village committee. Shen Hao built roads for Xiaogang Village, introduced resources and concentrated land. For the cause of the party, for the "three rural" has made a significant contribution.

He won the honors of "top ten news figures" of rural grassroots cadres in China, the second batch of selected cadres in Anhui Province, 100 outstanding village officials in China, person of the year who moved China in 2009, and national model of dedication.

On November 6, 2009, Shen Hao died of heart attack due to fatigue in a temporary rental house in Xiaogang village.

Life of the characters

Shen Hao, formerly known as Shen Mingyue, was born in sunqinzhuang village, Shengquan Township, Xiao County, Suzhou City, Anhui Province in May 1964.

In 1980, he studied in Haozhuang junior high school.

In 1982, he studied in Xiaoxian middle school in Anhui Province.

In July 1986, he joined the Communist Party of China and worked in Anhui Provincial Department of Finance in the same year. He has successively served as deputy chief staff member, chief staff member and deputy researcher of Anhui Provincial Department of finance.

In February 2004, as an outstanding young Party member and cadre, he actively responded to the call of the provincial Party committee. As the second batch of cadres selected to work in rural areas, he came to Xiaogang village of Fengyang County to serve as Deputy Secretary of the Party committee of Xiaoxihe Town, first Secretary of the party branch of Xiaogang Village and director of the village committee.

At the end of 2006, he was re elected as the first Secretary of the Xiaogang village Party committee.

In the early morning of November 6, 2009, Shen Hao, first Secretary of the Party committee and director of the village committee of Xiaogang Village, Fengyang County, Chuzhou City, Anhui Province, died at the age of 46 in the house temporarily rented by Xiaogang village. In the instructions, Hu Jintao expressed deep sorrow for Shen Hao's death and cordial sympathy to Shen Hao's relatives and villagers in Xiaogang village.

On November 8, 2009, Wang Jinshan, then Secretary of Anhui provincial Party committee, visited the relatives of Comrade Shen Hao and conveyed important instructions and cordial sympathy from General Secretary Hu Jintao.

Shen Hao successively built roads for the village, built residential buildings for 26 scattered villagers, and set up the Dabaogan Memorial Hall in the village. In 2007, Shen Hao scrambled for funds. In May 2007, Shen Hao established Xiaogang Village noodle industry through attracting investment. In June 2008, under the leadership of Shen Hao, Xiaogang Village expressway was officially opened to traffic. As Beijing Shanghai Railway separates Xiaogang Village from 307 National Road, for a long time, Xiaogang people have to travel around for more than 20 kilometers. For Xiaogang village to build a fast track through 307 provincial highway, a viaduct must be built on the Beijing Shanghai railway.
