Zhou Jun
Zhou Jun, born in March 1928 in Xiantao, Hubei Province, is a famous financial expert in China. He graduated from Renmin University of China in 1953 and is now a professor and doctoral (post) supervisor of Zhongnan University of economics and law. He has long served as the executive director of China finance society, director of monetary policy and Financial Regulation Research Association of China finance society, advisory member of Hubei Provincial People's government, advisory member of Wuhan Municipal People's government, vice president of Hubei finance society, etc., enjoying high prestige in China's financial circles.
Professor Zhou Jun has made great contributions to the development of China's financial theory, financial personnel training and financial reform and development. In 2012, he won the lifelong achievement award of China finance discipline.
Research Teaching
Professor Zhou Jun has been engaged in the teaching and research of monetary and financial theory for a long time. From 1950s to 2009, he published 4 personal monographs, 7 textbooks, more than 60 papers, and 13 monographs, textbooks, research reports and reference books. He is the person in charge of the national social science fund key project "Research on preventing and resolving financial risks".
