Wei Yannian, male, was born in December 1924 in Yiyang City, Hunan Province. Economist, member of Chinese Poetry Society and the second director of Hunan accounting society, retired in 1986 due to his old age. His main works are qianyuanyincao.

He had a poor family. After graduating from primary school, he worked hard after work. After five years, he worked step by step and got a lot of income. In order to earn a living, he used to teach domestic helpers, but Shiyu didn't give them. Dadi Chunlei, Yiyang Jiefang, took part in work in September 1949. In 1951, he was the former deputy chief of Finance Department of Yiyang Municipal People's government. In 1953, in order to strengthen industry and enrich grass-roots units, he successively served as manager, factory director, secretary and industrial planner. Those who are good at management, attach great importance to talent and practice, modest and practical, and solve the difficulties and dangers are often in trouble. They are expected to turn over the waves and criticize the business wildly. Although they are not destroyed, they are inevitably hurt. In 1979, he returned to the financial circle and served as the former deputy director of the Finance Bureau of Yiyang City, the president of the financial accounting society, the executive director and consultant of Huilong poetry society. He united his colleagues, encouraged his feelings, investigated and studied, and devoted himself to reform. He published many papers in the provincial journals. Although he had a false reputation, he finally retired because of his old age in 1986.
