Jiang Xin, male, Han nationality, was born in December 1962. He joined the party in November 1990 and began to work in August 1984. He has a university degree and is a senior economist.
He is currently an external director of AVIC.

He once served as deputy director of Foreign Trade Department of Commerce and Finance Department of Ministry of finance; deputy general manager of financial management department of China General Technology (Group) Holding Co., Ltd; chief accountant of China national technology import and Export Corporation; deputy general manager of China National Overseas Economic Cooperation Corporation; executive deputy general manager of China National Overseas Economic Cooperation Corporation from August 2002 to September 2005; September 2005 to 2012 As the chief accountant of China General Technology (Group) Holding Co., Ltd（

）in 2012, he was a member of the Party group and chief accountant of China General Technology (Group) Holding Co., Ltd. in June 2019, he will be the full-time external director of central enterprises. In March 2020, he served as an external director of AVIC for three years (from March 2020 to February 2023).
