Professor, chief physician and master supervisor of Urology Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University. In 1958, he came to Chongqing to participate in the establishment of Chongqing Medical University (formerly Chongqing Medical College), and was the founder and academic leader of Urology and andrology Department of Chongqing Medical University. He has been engaged in urology, andrology, clinical teaching and scientific research for 50 years. He has rich clinical experience and is good at dealing with difficult and miscellaneous diseases in urology department.
He is mainly engaged in urologic tumors. He has published many papers in major academic journals in China, and has published and written many chapters or items in university textbooks and large-scale monographs, including andrology, Chinese Encyclopedia of sexual Sciences, university textbooks andrology, clinical andrology, modern diagnosis and treatment of prostate disease, practical medicine, and Wu Jieping's Department of urology And so on. He once served as member of the 2nd-4th session of Urology society of Chinese Medical Association, chairman of Urology Professional Committee of Chongqing Chinese Medical Association, editorial board member of Chinese Journal of Urology, editorial board member of Clinical Urology, editorial board member of Chinese Journal of sexology, etc. He is now the executive director of the Chinese society of sexuality and vice chairman of the Sexual Medicine Committee of the Chinese society of sexuality.
