Zhang Mingguo
Zhang Mingguo, male, is currently professor and doctoral supervisor of School of grammar and law of Beijing University of chemical technology, director of Institute of science, technology and Society (STS) of Beijing University of chemical technology, deputy editor of Journal of Beijing University of Chemical Technology Social Science Edition, and director of Marxist Political Theory Course for Postgraduates of Beijing University of chemical technology. He once served as deputy director of science and Technology Department of Beijing University of chemical technology and vice president of School of Arts and law.
Profile
He graduated from the school of life sciences of Qiqihar University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in 1987. In 1990, he graduated from the Research Office of philosophy of science and technology of Northeast Normal University with a master's degree in philosophy of science and technology. In 1997, he worked as a teaching assistant and lecturer in the Institute of philosophy of science and technology of Liaoning Normal University. In 1997, he graduated from the Institute of technology and society, School of grammar and law, Northeastern University with a PhD.
In 1993, he was invited to Tokyo University, Osaka Education University, Kyoto comradeship society University, Osaka University and Osaka Municipal University to conduct academic exchanges and cooperative research. From September 2004 to March 2005, he went to Tokyo University of technology and Tokyo University to study as a senior visiting scholar. He is a member of the Japanese Society for the history of chemistry.

Since 1998, he has worked in Beijing University of chemical technology as deputy director of science and technology department and vice president of School of Arts and law.
In 1988, as a secretary and translator in Northeast Normal University, he held a bilateral international academic conference on "comparative study on the introduction of Western science and technology between China and Japan".
In 1991, as a secretary and translator in Dalian, he held a bilateral International Symposium on "comparative study of science and technology development between China and Japan".
In 1992, he was rated as the model of excellent young teachers in Dalian.
In 1993, he was invited to Tokyo University, Osaka Education University, Kyoto comradeship society University, Osaka University, Osaka Municipal University and other five universities for academic exchanges and cooperative research.
In 1995, he was rated as an advanced young scientific and technological worker in Liaoning Province. In 2001, he was selected into "Beijing's project of training 100 talents of social science theory in the new century".
In 2003, he was employed as a consultant of the joint conference of natural and Social Sciences in Beijing.
From 1999 to 2000, Professor Yoshihiko Hashimoto from the research center of advanced technology of Tokyo University of Japan, Professor Kobayashi of nakagi University of Japan, Professor Guoxiang kanhara of Toyo University and Professor Kenzo shimara of Chengxi University were invited to our university for academic exchanges.
In July 2004, he was employed as an adjunct professor of Northeast University.
From September 2004 to March 2005, as a senior visiting scholar, he went to Tokyo University of technology and Tokyo University to study. During this period, he visited and exchanged with Northeastern University, Chengxi University, College University, Kyoto University of education, and lifengguan University.
