Character experience

Zhang Yonghua, a native of Beibei, Chongqing, was born in May 1972 with a doctor of law. He joined the work in July 1999 and was qualified as a lawyer of the people's Republic of China in 1998. He is a lecturer in the school of civil and commercial law of Southwest University of political science and law and a member of the Communist Party of China. He graduated from the Department of English and American languages of Sichuan University of foreign languages in 1996 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He was admitted to Southwest University of political science and law in 1996 and graduated in 1999. From July 1999 to August 2002, he served as the legal adviser of Shenzhen Century Xingyuan Co., Ltd. In 2002, he was admitted to Southwest University of political science and law for a doctorate, and studied civil law under Professor Li Kaiguo.

Main contributions

In 2004, he was invited by the Chongqing Supervision Bureau to be the chief contributor of the Chongqing sub project "Research on the administrative punishment system of Chinese civil servants" of the United Nations and China's Ministry of supervision project "building a clean government system in China". In that year, he was invited by the Ministry of supervision to visit New Zealand and Australia. He has published many papers in Journal of Southwest University of political science and law, Journal of Southwest University for nationalities, special economic zone and Hubei social sciences. The representative papers include: the influence of natural law on civil law and its value, the obligation and civil liability of company directors, on the contract for the interests of the third party, and the legal countermeasures to promote the reform of state-owned enterprises in China.

In December 2004, he won the special prize of Chongqing Supervision Bureau.
