Zhang Ruiyu, female, Professor, School of environmental and Bioengineering, Chongqing University of technology and technology. In the field of food science and engineering, he has been engaged in learning, teaching, scientific research, resource deep processing and food enterprise technology for 30 years.

Study and work experience

In December 1981 and December 1984, he graduated from Southwest Agricultural University with bachelor's degree and master's degree in agriculture.

From January 1985 to January 1992, he taught in the school of food science, Southwest Agricultural University, supervised several advanced education teachers and served as master tutor.

In 1985, he studied in the overseas training class of English Department of Sichuan University of foreign languages.

In 1989, he was sponsored by the state and fully funded by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) of the United Nations. He studied in the International Agricultural Research Center (IAC) of the Netherlands and the Central Food Research Institute of Hungary, focusing on food radiation chemistry and irradiation technology.

From January 1992 to June 1996, he worked as a technical engineer and part-time English translator in China Tianfu Cola Group Co., Ltd. and Pepsi Cola Beverage Co., Ltd., a Sino US joint venture company. He directly participated in all technical transformation and quality management of Pepsi company. At the same time, he was also assigned to participate in the technology introduction, equipment installation and plant construction of Chongqing Guanshengyuan food industry company, Chongqing Tianze group and other food enterprises.

From August 1994 to June 2002, he served as a teacher and deputy director of Department of biology and Department of packaging and food engineering of Chongqing Yusha University.

Since 2002, he has been teaching in school of environmental and Bioengineering, Chongqing University of technology and technology.

He was promoted to Professor in 2003. He has long been a reviewer of master's degree theses of Food College of Southwest University and Chongqing Medical University.

Food safety and preservation, food technology, food science and Engineering English, food safety and quality control, food standards and regulations (Bilingual), food resources, etc.

Papers and works

He has published more than 40 professional academic papers, edited or participated in editing 6 academic monographs, and presided over or mainly researched more than 10 scientific research projects at provincial, municipal and university levels. Among them, the achievements of the project "construction and thermal test of all underground jacketed storage" have been transferred.
