, 1944 -) is a British Overseas Chinese actor who has performed on British television since the 1950s. She is best known for her role as Chung Su Lee, an English student and Secretary of the Embassy of the people's Republic of China, in the British sitcom please speak Mandarin (1977 – 79). Lin Bisheng, formerly known as Lim phaik Seng, was born in Penang, Malaysia and is the daughter of palm oil millionaire Lim Cheng taik.
