Bayin (Bayin errile), born in August 1963 in Wushen Banner, Ordos, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, is an actor and director of film and television in the mainland of China. He graduated from the performance Department of Shanghai Academy of drama in 1986. He graduated from the director department of Beijing Film Academy in 1999.
He is a national first-class actor, male film director, member of China Dramatist Association, member of China filmmaker Association, vice chairman of Inner Mongolia filmmaker Association, and member of China Film Performing Arts Association.
In 1996, he won the group performance award of the 16th Golden Rooster Award for his leading role in the film "sad Brooke". In 2011, he was nominated for best supporting actor in the 28th Golden Rooster Award of China for his film "Ejina in holy land". In 2015, he won the nomination for best director of the 30th Golden Rooster Award for Chinese film "nuozijima".

Early experience
Bayin's parents are herdsmen. When they were young, they grew up with their grandmother. They studied in Mongolian schools from primary school to high school, so they could hardly speak Chinese in high school. Bayin always likes to watch movies, talk about cross talk, dance, and literary activities in school. He is always the leader.
In 1982, the performance Department of Shanghai drama academy enrolled the undergraduate class of Inner Mongolia.
