Li Xiangang

Li Xiangang, male, Han nationality, was born in February 1963 in Hanchuan, Hubei Province. He started work in August 1983 and joined the Communist Party of China in December 1984. He graduated from Renmin University of China as an on-the-job postgraduate majoring in agricultural economy and management with a doctorate in management and a research fellow.

He is now deputy director of the Standing Committee of Heilongjiang Provincial People's Congress and member of the Party group.
