Kelvin Chan, male, born in November 1990, is a Hong Kong actor and independent film director. His works include "forget sometimes".

He graduated from Yinghua college, then took the BA (Hons) in digital media broadcasting at City University of Hong Kong and graduated in 2012. He also holds a swimming instructor's certificate from the Hong Kong Amateur Swimming Association and a lifesaving badge from the Hong Kong rescue Swimming Association. He was a former swimming coach.
