Qin Zhao
Qin Zhao is a director of the Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Association, a painter of rongbaozhai Gallery, and a senior academician of China Jianguang painting and Calligraphy Academy. He was fond of painting since childhood, and was admitted to Xinjiang Academy of painting for further study in 1982. In 1989, he paid homage to Ma Quan, a famous painter of Beijing Academy of painting, and specialized in landscape painting. In 1996, he graduated from Beijing Academy of painting. In August 2001, his works were selected into the "modern Chinese painting and calligraphy exhibition". In December 2001, he won the silver award of "the first fine art exhibition of Chinese painting and calligraphy in the 21st century" sponsored by the China Federation of literary and art circles, and published the works collection of Qin Zhao's traditional Chinese paintings, the plum collection of Qin Zhao's paintings, the collection of Qin Zhao's landscapes, etc.
In 1997, he won the second prize of "welcome the return of Hong Kong" art Grand Prix, and in 1999, he won the outstanding award of "Dahongying" cup calligraphy and painting competition of CCTV. In October 1999, he was awarded the outstanding art works award and won the gold medal at the "99 NGO, United Nations International Association of educators for safeguarding world peace" expert art exhibition held in Seoul, South Korea. In June of the same year, he participated in the exhibition on behalf of China The international art competition of China, Japan, South Korea and Taiwan held by Jizhou city of South Korea won the Gold Award; in November, it won the excellent award in the cross century global Chinese painting and calligraphy competition sponsored by people's daily.
