Wang Changyang? ~Wang Lang, also known as Wang Lang, was born in Handan (now Handan City, Hebei Province) of the state of Zhao and a historical figure in the last years of the Western Han Dynasty.
Wang Changchu took Divination as his career. He called himself Liu Ziyu, the son of emperor Cheng of the Han Dynasty. In December of the first year of reform (AD 23), Liu Lin, the patriarch of the Western Han Dynasty, and Li Yu, the powerful family of Zhao Prefecture, established Wang Lang as the emperor and established the capital of Handan, which is called Zhao Han in history. In May of the 24th year of the reform, Liu Xiu's allied forces defeated Handan and Wang Chang was killed.

Wang Changtong is good at astronomy, calendar and fortune telling. Then he took Divination as his career and found that Handan city had the spirit of the emperor, that is, he pretended to be Liu Ziyu, the son of emperor Cheng of the Han Dynasty, in order to achieve great things. Before Wang Mang established the new dynasty, someone claimed to be Liu Ziyu, the son of emperor Cheng of Han Dynasty, and was killed by Wang Mang. Wang Chang used the incident to pretend that he was the real Liu Ziyu and met with Liu Lin, the son of Zhao Miao Wang. He claimed to escape from the persecution of Zhao Feiyan, the empress of emperor Cheng of Han Dynasty, and fled to Shu. He learned that Hebei was the son of heaven, so he came to Hebei. Liu Lin, together with Li Yu and Zhang Shen of Zhao Guohao, planned to establish Wang Chang as emperor. At that time, it was rumored that the red eyebrow army would cross the Yellow River and move northward. In October of the first year of the reform (AD 23), Liu Xuan, the emperor of the reform, ordered Liu Xiu to be the general of the defeated army and the commander-in-chief to pacify Hebei. Liu Xiu passed Handan and met with Liu Lin. Liu Lin suggested that Liu Xiu break the dike and drown the red eyebrow army in Hebei. Without consent, Liu Xiu left Handan and headed north to Zhending. In December of the first year of reform (AD 23), Liu Lin led hundreds of motorcycles into Handan city. Anecdotes and allusions
Qiyangcheng village, a millennium old city, is located 7.5km west of Linqi Town, Linzhou City, Henan Province. It is commonly known as "Langcheng" among the people. In the late Western Han Dynasty, Wang Lang (Wang Chang), a native of Handan, built the city by stationing troops. In the last 13 years of Han Dynasty, Emperor Liu xiuguang was a politician in Wudan. When you came to Linqi basin, you could see the magnificent mountains and rivers and fertile land here, so you were happy to stay here and build a city. The name of "Langcheng" started from this. After the establishment of the Eastern Han Dynasty, people thought Wang Lang had a bad reputation, so they took the meaning of "the village lies in the north of the Qi River" (Hebei was called Yang in ancient times) and renamed it "Qi Yang City". Qiyang city in history is not only one of the ancient cities of Linzhou, but also the seat of Qiyang County. According to the geographical records of the Sui Dynasty, Linwu county was abolished in the third year of kaihuang (583 AD), and Qiyang County was established. In the second year of Daye (607 AD), Linwu county was established. Qi water is to the south. " It can be seen that Qiyang County is only 24 years old, but the names of Qiyang city and Langcheng have been handed down to this day. It is said that Chimei generals Duhe and Liu Lin declared that Chimei should be the most important and established Liu Ziyu as the emperor.
