Liang Heng
Liang Heng was born in Huozhou, Shanxi Province in 1946 and graduated from Renmin University of China in 1968. Famous essayists, scholars, journalists, news theorists, political commentators and popular science writers.
His representative works include: Great Wu, great you, Zhou Enlai, Jinci, beauty over a hundred years, Hukou waterfall, summer feeling, green mountain is not old, taking pictures of railings, etc.
He has won many honorary titles such as national youth literature award, Zhao Shuli literature award, national excellent popular science works award and "five one" project award of the Propaganda Department of the CPC Central Committee. In December 2018, he won the sixth fan Jingyi Journalism Education Award.
At present, he is the doctoral supervisor of School of journalism of Renmin University of China, member of the whole committee of China Writers Association, executive director of the whole committee of China Journalists Association, and general consultant of primary and secondary school textbooks of people's education press.

He used to be a reporter of Guangming Daily and deputy director of the State Administration of press and publication.
At the end of 1981, Liang Heng, as a reporter of Guangming Daily's Shanxi reporter station, was interviewing in Fujian. When he took a bus from Fuzhou to Xiamen, a slogan flashed by the roadside: "tree planting should have the strength of fighting tiger, forest protection should have the heart of embroidering flower.". In the autumn of 2005, Liang Heng, who has been the deputy editor in chief of the people's daily, got the material when he was writing the changing communication in Shaanxi. In order to find a more vivid and moving topic, he racked his brains and began to use the original "Xintianyou", which is more personalized, but not ideal. Later, he got some inspiration from the Song Ci "red cherry, green banana", and got the title of "green loess, red Sanqin". It not only showed the achievements of returning farmland to forest and ecological management, but also reflected the new life of farmers in Sanqin. This communication has aroused strong repercussions since it was published in the newspaper.
