Wang Baoguang

Wang Baoguang was born in 1942 in Tianjin. In 1965, he graduated from Tianjin Institute of Arts and crafts, Department of commercial fine arts, and then stayed in school to engage in teaching, design, theoretical research, and calligraphy and painting creation for more than 40 years. At present, he is a professor of Tianjin Institute of Arts and crafts, a supervisor of School of network education of Tianjin University, a supervisor of Tianjin Trade Union Management Cadre College, a member of China Arts and Crafts Association, China Packaging Association and China Artists Association.

Many works were included in the "China Design Yearbook" (Volume I). in terms of painting creation: the new Yangliu youth painting "fighting the gang of four", "song of happiness", "today in the pond, tomorrow in the sea" and watercolor painting "alley", "ruins" and other works have been selected into the national and professional art works exhibition, overseas exhibition. It is also published and collected by national publishing houses.
