In 1984, he graduated from the first theoretical teacher class of the Guangdong provincial Party School of the Communist Party of China, majoring in scientific socialism. In 1991, he graduated from the "advanced study class on contemporary socialist issues" of the Department of science and society of the Party School of the CPC Central Committee. In 1995, he participated in the Sino Swiss "theory and method of modern training management" (TOT) cooperation project and graduated (full-time one and a half years).

At present, he is a professor (Level 3) of the Department of science and Social Sciences (Department of Political Science) of the Party School (Academy) of the Guangdong provincial Party committee of the Communist Party of China, a master's supervisor of science and socialism in the Party School (Academy) of the Guangdong Provincial Party committee of the Communist Party of China, and a member of the academic committee of the Party School (Academy) of the Guangdong provincial Party committee of the Communist Party of China.

He has won the excellent teaching award and excellent scientific research worker award of our university for many times. Mainly engaged in scientific socialism theory and practice, Deng Xiaoping Theory and practice mode of teaching and scientific research. The major research direction is the research on Deng Xiaoping's socialist theory and practice mode, democratic political construction and political system reform, cadre training theory and method, etc. Over the years, nearly 100 academic papers have been published in domestic core journals and newspapers. He has published many monographs (translated works). He has won many awards for scientific research achievements. Among them: 3 items at provincial (ministerial) level. He has undertaken and completed the research projects of national social science fund and provincial (ministerial) level research projects for many times.
