He joined the Jiusan Society in January 1985. He graduated from Zhuzhou Technical College in 196. He worked in Changsha chuhua machinery factory from 1961 to 1967.
He worked in Zhuzhou instrument factory from 1967 to 1987. He was promoted to engineer in 1982.
