Huachong, a "mixed blood band" composed of many colleges and universities, was born and grew up in Wuhan University. It is an underground rock band that has gone through various changes but still perseveres and is becoming more and more stable. Now it has become one of the most influential campus bands in Wuhan University Circle. since its establishment in December 2009, Huachong members have always insisted on making their own music. It is the common dream of Huachong members to let music light up their lives and move the audience with sincere voice.

It's not so easy to be a band, but it's not hard for those who want to be. We've met all kinds of difficulties that outsiders can think of and can't think of, such as opposition at home, lack of funds, academic pressure, but in the eyes of children who are determined to stick to rock and roll for a lifetime, it's the bright spot of rock and roll music to go upstream. It's an eternal truth that there is no passionate music without suffering.
As we have been saying, children who make music are all good children, so the children of flower insects are all good children fighting for their ideals.
We occasionally blow up a few dirty words and play some young people's pranks, but these are just the performance of our energy. Like other people of the same age, we also love ourselves, family, friends and life.
We don't give up music just because our family and friends don't support it, because we know that it's the right choice to do what's right for us. We have a clear conscience when we choose rock music.

Member introduction

Wang Jie, lead singer. Originally a member of the dance team, although not professionally trained, but like singing, has a unique voice explosive power and personality charm. Hu Xu, bassist. Originally, he was the second guitarist in the group, but later the bassist left Huachong because of something, so Hu Xu volunteered to take on the role of bassist. Tao Wenxiang, drummer. His nickname is "Maoye". He is a crosstalk student in art school, but he likes to play drums. He has a good sense of drums. He joined Huachong with Hu Xu's recommendation. Fang Kun, guitarist, is a newly recruited guitarist from Huazhong University of science and technology. He is the oldest in the band and plays the piano with humor.
