Ren Guizhen
Ren Guizhen, born in Linyi, Shandong Province in 1933, is a famous Opera artist. In 1953, he went to the DPRK to participate in the important activities of condoling the Chinese people's Volunteer Army. Since 1956, he has been the main actor of Shanghai Opera House. He has successively served as art director of Shanghai Opera House, director of Shanghai Musicians Association, member of China Musicians Association, member of China Dramatists Association, and member of the Central Committee of China peasants and Workers Democratic Party.
On October 10, 2020, Ren Guizhen died in Huashan Hospital at the age of 88.
Life of the characters
Ren Guizhen was born in Linyi, Shandong Province in 1933. When she was 15 years old, singing, she went into the revolutionary team and followed the army all the way south to Shanghai.
Ren Guizhen loved singing since she was a child. At the age of 15, she entered the cultural and art troupe of CUHK. At that time, she was accompanied by Feng Xiao, who later became an actor in Shanghai Film Studio. They co starred in "white haired girl" on stage. Ren Guizhen plays Xi'er and Feng Xiao plays Dachun. In 1952, she entered the Shanghai Opera House as an actress, starring in the first national opera "Xiao erhei's marriage", which really made her popular, or the opera "Hongxia". After watching it, many audiences know that there is an excellent opera player in Shanghai Opera House, and Ren Guizhen has become a famous singer.
Ren Guizhen has been engaged in opera art all her life. She has played the leading role in dozens of operas, such as Tianmen Island, red coral, Third Sister Liu, Honghu Red Guard, Jiangjie, Yinghai love, and created many vivid images of women with different personalities, regions and identities. His singing voice is pure and mellow, his words are clear and true, his voice is free and fluent, and his feelings are simple and delicate. He is known as "Guo Lanying in the north and Ren Guizhen in the South".

Ren Guizhen once sang for the films "red sun", "Nie Er", "Mo Yatai" and so on, "who doesn't say my hometown is good", "singing girl under the iron hoof", "village girl outside the Great Wall", "Lullaby" and other episodes swept the country. Her first songs, such as "sing a folk song to the party" and "comrade of the people's Liberation Army, please stop" were recorded and widely circulated. She recorded the Golden Melody of Chinese folk songs, which is listed as "the collection edition of one hundred collections of famous Chinese singers in the 20th century".
