Zhang Lianchun

Zhang Lianchun, male, Han nationality, from Wuyi, Hebei Province, was born in September 1962. He is a member of the Communist Party of China. He has double bachelor's degree in philosophy and law, and is a professor. He is now the party secretary of Hebei North University.

In July 1985, he graduated from philosophy major of Hebei University and took part in work. He once served as secretary of Youth League Committee, director of Student Department (Minister of learning and Engineering Department) and Secretary of Youth League Committee, director of moral education teaching and research section and director of Social Science Department of Hebei Institute of architecture and engineering. He is deputy secretary of Party committee, deputy secretary of Party committee and Secretary of Discipline Inspection Committee of Hebei Institute of architecture and engineering. vice president of Hebei ethics society, executive director of Hebei Education Law Society, etc. He has presided over or participated in 17 scientific research projects at provincial, department and municipal levels, published more than 30 papers, and edited and co edited 2 textbooks and works.
