He graduated from the school of Computer Engineering (SCE, NTU, Singapore) of Nanyang Polytechnic University with a bachelor's degree and a doctor's degree of first class honours respectively. During this period, he was granted a full scholarship by the Ministry of education of Singapore. from 2011 to 2012, engaged in postdoctoral research in Singapore MIT Joint Research Center (Moshe Ben Akiva team, Professor of MIT and expert in Intelligent Transportation),. from 2012 to 2014, he worked as a research fellow in Nanyang Technological University of Singapore.

The projects include: general projects of National Natural Science Foundation of China, youth projects of National Natural Science Foundation of China, general projects and youth talent projects of Shaanxi Natural Science basic research program, preferential funding for science and technology activities of Shaanxi overseas students, etc. (see scientific research projects).
