Xie Xiaoyu, male, Han nationality, from Heping County, was born in July 1974. He began to work in August 1995 and joined the party in June 1997. Full time college degree, graduated from Chinese language and literature major of Huizhou University; in-service college degree, graduated from Chinese language and literature major of Sun Yat sen University.

He once served as deputy director of the office of the Standing Committee of Heping County People's Congress and director of the legal work committee. At present, he is the chief of the comprehensive section of the Standing Committee Office of the Municipal People's Congress. It is proposed to be appointed Deputy investigator of the office of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress (one year's probation).
