Feng Feng
Feng Feng, whose real name is Feng Peide (Shi Xiong), made a sensation in 1964 with his novel "Wei Xi's four series" and won the first National Top Ten Outstanding Youth Award. Ping Xintao, founder of crown publishing, praised Feng Feng as a "genius, wizard and ghost". Feng Feng's life is mysterious and legendary. Even Ping Xintao, who first published his works, only knows his name as "Feng Feng" and does not know his full name as Feng Shixiong. In 2003, Feng Feng's memoir "Wu Hang" (literature, history and Philosophy) was published, so readers can get a glimpse of his tortuous life.

Feng Feng, who was born in Guangzhou, came to Taiwan with the Navy. Because he often sent letters to his mother, he was mistaken for a spy and imprisoned for four or five years. Later, Feng Feng was expelled from the army for mental disorder. After gaining his freedom, Feng Feng was self reliant, working as a drudgery and shoeshine boy in railway stations, parks and streets. In such a wonderful life, Feng Feng was diligent in studying English by himself, and once won the first place among the compilers. Feng Feng carried several stacks of thick manuscript paper with his cloth bag, the content of which was the million word novel "four trilogy of Weixi" and sent it to Ping Xintao's home, hoping to be published. Unexpectedly, it sold well after publication. Later, he launched "stars of last night", "Purple Aurora Borealis", "Purple Maple" (crown), and "empty cloud" (Tianhua). proficient in nine languages, Feng Feng immigrated to Canada by chance. Since then, he has devoted himself to Buddhism, and his followers call him "Mr. Feng". In his book "sailing in fog", Feng Feng describes himself as "sailing in thick fog all his life". "Filial piety is the first of all virtues." the residents are filial and accompany Mrs. Zhang all their lives. Even though Mrs. Zhang died, the residents still take her ashes with them and reflect in the morning and dusk. Until the end of 2006, they presented her remains to the Dharma pagoda of the Dharma King's lecture hall in Tainan. They bought a pagoda for themselves next to Mrs. Zhang. In the past, when ordinary people think about the hermits, they often talk about them with supernatural powers or yearn for them. However, the hermits are modest and right, which means that it is not their personal power, but the blessing of Guanyin Bodhisattva. If not, how could the Bodhisattva relieve all the sufferings through the hands of the Buddhist. It can be seen from the works of the hermits that the people who benefit from the hermits are all over the world. However, the hermits know that they must accept the cause and effect on behalf of others, and they still do their best and have no regrets. They are optimistic, humorous, modest and kind; they are versatile and have many works, which enlighten the backward. The Buddhist believed that "the basic spirit of Buddhism is great compassion, equality and universal salvation of all living beings. In the pursuit of heaven's eye, wisdom's eye and Dharma's eye, the Jushi wrote that "the great compassion of Youqin Guanyin Bodhisattva, therefore, on the one hand, he confirmed the Dharma with scientific knowledge, on the other hand, he introduced all living beings to study Buddhism with literature, and on the other hand, he also introduced music, and at the same time, he helped people suffering from diseases with his subtle super sensory skills. It is the practice of this spirit. for example, we can attract enthusiastic, curious and caring young people to read such well-known books as empty clouds, the sound of midnight bell, the verification of nuclear physics and Buddhism in space science, the experiment of Zen meditation, the pursuit of Tianyan Huiyan fayan, the children in Brazil, and the explanation of health and longevity, so that they can have an opportunity to get in touch with Buddhism. Even though he gave up his newspaper, he also made a will to donate his overseas heritage to the University as a research fund, donated his NT $2 million deposit to establish a foundation, and used the tax as a fund to continue to love the world. Feng Feng died in Taipei on April 18, 2007 at the age of 76. A farewell ceremony was held at the second funeral home in Taipei on May 9. At 10:30 a.m. on May 9, Feng Feng's relatives and friends held a music memorial meeting at the Li Ju of normal university to play the music tracks created by Feng Feng in memory of the elder.

On August 15, 1945, Japan surrendered unconditionally. In the same year, he was admitted to the first grade of Longchuan middle school. On September 1, 1948, he was promoted to senior three of Peizheng middle school. Taking advantage of the first semester of senior three, he held a graduation trip and took the train with 200 students to Hangzhou West Lake and Shanghai. In 1949, he graduated from senior high school and was admitted to the medical school of Lingnan University. On October 1 of the same year, he falsely reported that he was 19 years old and entered the Naval Academy. On November 1, he arrived in Taiwan on the Kunlun. In early December, he was arrested in Zuoying Naval Academy for writing a letter to his mother in mainland China. He was suspected of "colluding with bandits" and "leaking secret military plane". He was taken to the Naval Intelligence Department and imprisoned in Fengshan and other places for five years. On the night of December 24, 1955, when he was 20 years old, he wandered around Taipei Railway Station and begged for residual food at a roadside snack stand in the new park. In 1955, he became a shoeshine boy, sleeping on the street. Later, he lived in Zhonghe rural farm and raised pigs. On March 10, 1957, he left Zhonghe village farm and wandered around Taipei Railway Station as a shoeshine boy.
