Family portraits

"Family photo" is an urban family drama jointly produced by China TV drama production center, Zhejiang Huace film and television and Guangzhou film and television media. It is directed by Fu Ning and starred by Qin Hailu, Wu Gang, Yue Xiuqing and Cheng Yuanyuan.

The play tells the experience of three families in a small courtyard in Beijing from the 1940s to the 60 years of reform and opening up, reflecting the great changes and progress of Chinese society. On January 14, 2013, the play premiered on CCTV comprehensive channel; in the same year, the play won the third prize of the 29th China TV series flying sky award long TV series.

In particular, it is worth mentioning that each historical period reflected in the play is composed of songs with the characteristics of the times and well-known, such as "three major disciplines and eight points for attention", "we are on the road" and "we workers have strength". The design of dance beauty adheres to the consistent realism and Beijing style of Beijing People's art, which is another big set production reflecting the style of Beijing folk houses after the drama "North Street South courtyard".
