Yan Fuwei, executive director of white flower oil.

Mr. Yan Fuwei, executive director and member of the compensation committee of white flower oil International Limited, was the chief executive until April 21, 2008. He holds an honorary bachelor's degree in food processing engineering from Loughborough University of technology, UK. He has been actively involved in the management of white flower oil since 1986. He is the son of founder Mr. Yan Yuying. In 2001, he was awarded the "Young Industrialist award of Hong Kong, China 2001" by the Hong Kong Industry Association of China. He was also a member of the Hong Kong Chinese Medicine Council (TCM section) from 1999 to 2005. He is a director and shareholder of Gan ` s Enterprises Limited, a major shareholder of white flower oil International Limited.
