Xia Xudong, male, Han nationality, was born in Baitu Town, Fengcheng City with a postgraduate degree. He was born in April 1975, started work in August 1995 and joined the party in February 1998.

From September 1991 to August 1995, I majored in grain engineering in Nanchang University; from August 1995 to December 1998, I worked in Shangzhuang town government as director of civil affairs and deputy director of Party and political affairs office; from December 1998 to November 2001, I worked in Jianguang Street office as deputy director of Party and political Affairs Office and director of urban management office; from November 2001 to January 2006, I worked in Jianguang Street office as member of Party committee and information officer of municipal stability maintenance; from January 2006 to April 2011 Yuan Du, deputy secretary of the Party committee and mayor of the town; since April 2011, deputy secretary of the Party committee and mayor of the railway town.
