Chen Peiyi, financial director and company secretary of CBC holdings.

She holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, China, majoring in professional accounting. She is also a senior member of the British Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a member of the Hong Kong Society of accountants. Ms. Chen has over 17 years of accounting, auditing and financial management experience. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Chen served as the director of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, Hong Kong, China. Ms. Chen Peiyi has been appointed as the company secretary, qualified accountant and authorized representative of China mobile multimedia broadcasting Holding Co., Ltd. in accordance with the listing rules. She has also been appointed as the agent for China mobile multimedia broadcasting Holding Co., Ltd. to receive procedural documents and notices under the Companies Ordinance with effect from November 10, 2014. He was appointed as CFO of China mobile multimedia broadcasting Holding Co., Ltd. on December 31, 2015.
