Liu Yan is a singer Liu Yan, female, stage name Liu Xiaoyan, now living in Beijing. In May 2002, she won the national youth singer competition and the top ten singers competition of Hangzhou University of Electronic Science and technology, and won the first comprehensive quality competition of Hangzhou electric power industry. She is known as "Hangzhou Electric Power Xiaotiantian".
