Zhang Wenjian, Professor, master supervisor of tourism management and industrial economics. Male, born in Shanghai in April 1953. He graduated from East China Normal University with a master's degree in 1983. At present, the main research direction is service economy and service enterprise management. He has written many related academic papers, such as "tourism service management", "tourism service marketing" and "preliminary study of consumer social trend", "analysis of customer value in travel agency marketing", "regional cultural differences and their impact on Tourism", "on Incentive Tourism and producer service", and has won the excellent academic achievement award of Shanghai Federation of social sciences. Participated in many domestic academic conferences and submitted papers and reports. He has been to Japan, Macao and other places to give lectures on academic exchanges.
The courses include tourism service management, tourism CIS course, marketing and tourism marketing planning for undergraduates, and service economy and tourism industry development and regional tourism development for postgraduates. he has directed four successive graduate theses in the direction of tourism enterprise management, such as research on tourism service operation efficiency, research on marketing value delivery system of travel agencies, research on the relevance of Shanghai tourism industry, research on customer experience value and hotel service quality, etc. he has won the excellent teaching certificate of East China Normal University. Combined with relevant teaching and scientific research, actively participated in social practice, presided over the sub project of "Research on Tourism Regional Culture in eastern Yunnan and Western Guizhou" of NSFC and the sub project of "series research on regional development of Yangtze River Delta" of Shanghai philosophy and social science planning. Chief editor of many tourism development plans in Shanghai, Zhejiang and other places, and serve for the research, consultation and training activities of some tourism enterprises, and strive to explore the way of discipline construction combining production, learning and research.
