He Tianci (1931-1980), male, from Yucheng County, Henan Province, Han nationality, primary school culture.

On April 25, 1980, the Ministry of public security posthumously awarded the title of national public security front level hero model.

He Tianci joined the Communist Party of China in 1954 and took part in public security work in 1962. He successively served as a policeman of the traffic team of Zhengzhou public security bureau, a policeman of the third criminal investigation squadron and a deputy squadron leader. He died in 1980. On April 25, 1980, the Ministry of public security posthumously awarded the title of national public security front level hero model.
