Yang Hongqiang
Yang Hongqiang, male, born in December 1965 in Sishui, Shandong Province, is a doctor, Professor, doctoral supervisor, director of Fruit Tree Research Institute of Shandong Agricultural University, and director of "Key Laboratory of fruit tree biology" of Shandong Universities. He graduated from Shandong Agricultural University with a master's degree in 1992, won the Fourth Youth Science and technology award of Shandong Province in 1996, graduated from China Agricultural University with a doctor's degree in 1999, and was selected as the academic backbone of young and middle-aged people in Shandong Province in 2001. He began to recruit doctoral students in 2002, and was selected as the second level of talent project of Shandong Agricultural University in the same year In 2004, he won the 9th Youth Science and technology award of China Agricultural Association. In 2005, he was awarded the second-class merit of outstanding young intellectuals in Shandong Province.
Overview of scientific research
The scientific research direction is: "physiology and ecology of fruit trees (root physiology, stress physiology, water-saving irrigation, etc.)," molecular biology of fruit trees "and" fruit safety ". He has successively presided over 5 National Natural Science Foundation projects, more than 10 provincial and ministerial level projects, participated in major national transgenic projects, etc., and won 6 national patents, 2 second prizes of provincial science and technology progress, and 1 Theoretical Achievement Award of Provincial Education Commission. He has independently edited seven books, including organic horticulture, ecological orchard must read, edited seven books, including apple root research, green and pollution-free fruit production, deputy editor in chief of modern fruit tree biology, and participated in six books, including Shandong fruit tree and apple science. More than 140 papers have been published in Science Bulletin, Scientia horticulae and other journals, including more than 20 papers in SCI, EI and ISTP.
Teaching research
There are three courses (Modern Horticulture (fruit tree) science, physiology of fruit trees, plant hormones and chemical control of fruit trees, introduction to organic agriculture, etc.) for doctoral, master and undergraduate students. Personal achievement
Yang Hongqiang has been engaged in the research of "fruit physiology" for a long time, such as "Apple root system", "theory and technology of fruit safety production", "signal transmission of fruit stress", "water and nutrient absorption and efficient utilization of fruit trees", etc. At present, he has presided over 4 projects of National Natural Science Foundation of China, presided over or participated in more than 10 projects of Korea Science and Engineering Foundation (KOSEF), University Doctoral Program Fund of the Ministry of education, and China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, among which "Research on soil space and root function of apple saplings" and "selection and matching of endogenous hormones and growth regulators of apple saplings" have won the second prize of Shandong science and technology progress award respectively "The relationship between polyamines and apple growth and development" won the science and technology progress (theoretical achievement) award of Shandong Provincial Education Commission, and applied for 8 invention patents such as "orchard rainwater harvesting and water saving micro irrigation technology". He has independently edited the first book of organic horticulture in China, edited 4 monographs including apple root research, green and pollution-free fruit production, pollution-free agriculture, and pollution-free apple standardized production manual, deputy editor in chief of modern fruit tree biology, and participated in 5 monographs including Shandong fruit tree, apple science, fruit tree research method, and fruit quality research Department. Yang Hongqiang put forward new ideas and new techniques on the classification and evolution of Apple Roots and root architecture and root induction through years of research. He clarified the relationship between polyamines and apple root growth and development, found that auxin can regulate root calcium absorption through protein phosphorylation, and revealed the role of mitochondria in Apple root programmed cell death. It was first reported that protein phosphorylation was involved in the triggering of root stress messenger under water stress, which defined the three stages of stress signal transmission in fruit trees. It was found that root cutting and pruning could improve the water use efficiency of apple trees. It was proposed to "reduce root redundancy, make full use of a few roots", "optimize the proportion of upper and lower roots", "implement alternate row irrigation" and so on New measures to improve the utilization efficiency. In China, the construction and research of pollution-free fruit production base was carried out earlier, and the paper of "pollution-free fruit production technology" was first published. The systematic technology of "green fruit" production and the development strategy of "organic horticulture" in China were put forward. Four kinds of Apple Resistance inducers were selected, and the viewpoints and technologies of polyamine, nitric oxide and calcium to alleviate the harm of cadmium in apple were put forward Three books in the field of "fruit safety" were published.
Yang Hongqiang has successively taught undergraduate courses such as research methods of fruit trees, physiology of fruit tree cultivation, introduction to pollution-free production of fruits and vegetables, introduction to horticulture, introduction to organic agriculture, and postgraduate courses such as physiology of fruit trees, plant hormones and chemical control of fruit trees, introduction to agricultural scientific research methods, as well as horticultural plant roots, modern Horticulture (fruit) (tree) science, etc. He presided over one project of "Shandong postgraduate education innovation plan" and directed more than 30 masters, doctors and postdoctoral students.
