Main achievements
Achievements in scientific research
Jinli has innovatively developed many theories and methods in the fields of molecular evolution, repetitive fragment loci and linkage disequilibrium, deeply analyzed the genetic diversity characteristics of East Asian population at the genomic level, clarified the molecular genetic basis of adaptive variation of multiple traits in East Asian population, revealed that the genetic susceptibility of diseases is closely related to natural selection, and provided references for the study of human traits The evolutionary mechanism and genetic susceptibility of diseases have put forward many new ideas and strategies, which promote the development of evolutionary genetics and disease genetics.
According to the website of Biomedical Research Institute of Fudan University in October 2020, Jinli has published more than 200 papers in academic journals such as nature, science, American Journal of human genetics, Journal of clinical investigation, PNAs, JAMA, etc., with more than 9900 citations.
According to the website of Biomedical Research Institute of Fudan University in October 2020, Jin Li has successively presided over and undertaken major projects of NSFC, 973, 863, and major projects of Shanghai Science and Technology Commission.
According to the website of the Institute of human phenotype group of Fudan University in October 2020, Jinli has successively won the second prize of National Natural Science Award (twice for the first adult), the first prize of Natural Science Award of the Ministry of education, and the first prize of science and technology progress award at the provincial and ministerial level.
personnel training
Jin Li believes that classified evaluation, peer evaluation and representative work system are three evaluation principles that embody the combination of quantitative and qualitative evaluation, which is conducive to the construction of an evaluation system after breaking the "SCI first".
According to the website of School of life sciences of Fudan University in October 2020, Jin Li has won three times of national 100 excellent doctoral thesis instructors and two times of nominations. Fudan University graduate students are "good tutors in my mind" (2011).
