Peng Chao, born in 1995 in Miyi County, Panzhihua City, Sichuan Province, was accidentally hit by a high-voltage transformer at the age of 6 and lost both arms. Through hard training, Peng Chao learned to dress, write and surf the Internet with his feet. His speed of doing questions with his feet is no worse than that of normal people. In Panzhihua No.7 Middle School, Sichuan Province, he has excellent grades and dreams of going to northern colleges and universities to study civil engineering department.
In the 2014 college entrance examination, he wrote with his feet and handed in a total score of 538 points, 3 points higher than one line (there is a 5-point plus point policy in the local area). In 2015, the college entrance examination score was 603, 13 points higher than the estimated score. In 2015, Peng Chao took part in the college entrance examination for the second time, with a score of 75 points higher than that of the first line in Sichuan in 2015, and 65 points higher than that of 2014.
