Character evaluation
Li Chao challenges the role of an alien for the first time in the biography of Ming Fei, a woman doctor. He wears a thin braid and a thick beard on his face. In the play, he shows a more mature and stable masculine atmosphere than ever before. His thick beard adds a lot of vicissitudes and wild flavor to the character. Although Li Chao's part in "the first assistant Zhang Juzheng of Wanli" is not much, his performance is accurate. He vividly shows the integrity of a novice intern who studies government affairs with a bit of arrogance, and he just pinches Jin Xuezeng's strength that he is not afraid of tigers (Sina review).
Li Chao plays Li Hanjun, a revolutionary in the red drama China 1921. He is quite similar in appearance and temperament. Li Chao has the style of the characters of that era, and his performance is also very wonderful (Tencent review).
