Pan Feng
Pan Feng, male, Ph.D., professor and doctoral supervisor of Tsinghua University, national "ten thousand talents plan" scientific and technological innovation leader, National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, national innovation talents promotion plan key areas innovation team leader, national outstanding scientific and technological workers. He has been engaged in the research of film material structure and performance control technology, surface acoustic wave materials and devices, resistive storage materials and devices, magnetic materials and spintronics in the field of new materials for a long time. He has won four national and ten provincial and ministerial awards for scientific research achievements, he Liang He Li Foundation Science and Technology Progress Award and China Vacuum Science and technology achievement award. He has published more than 300 SCI papers, two monographs and one textbook, authorized more than 30 national invention patents and 2 international patents.
