Early experience

Young Chen Rujia always wanted to realize her "singing dream" and decided not to continue her studies. After that, he joined the red cotton light music team in Yuexiu District of Guangzhou and sang in the music teahouse of Guangzhou Aiqun building. Knowing that her music foundation is not solid, Chen Rujia learns a lot from the singing methods of other singers. At the same time, I want to find time to learn a foreign language well, so I give myself an English name Jeffrey. Afterwards, I went to the concert hall of Gongbei hotel in Zhuhai and sang there.

Once, a friend took a boss from Shenzhen to see Chen Rujia sing in a singing hall. When he saw the scene full of popularity, he realized that these people were all coming for the singer. The boss said, "if you want to be popular, you can go to Shenzhen to develop. There won't be any development here.".

1984

Chen Rujia came to Shenzhen. After a friend's introduction, Chen Rujia went to a song and dance hall in Shenzhen to sing. After that, she shuttled through music teahouses, lounges, singing halls and nightclubs, relying on her vivid imitation of Hong Kong singer Xu Xiaofeng and her keen perception of pop. After two years of training in Shenzhen, Chen Rujia broke into her own world in Shenzhen, where the river crossing Raptors gathered. She was once known as "sentimental Xu Xiaofeng".
