Liao Ming

Liao Ming, male, Han nationality, was born in June 1959 in Tongnan, Chongqing. He joined the Communist Party of China in June 1985 and graduated from Southwest Agricultural University in July 1983. In January 2002, he graduated from the economics major of the Party School of the provincial Party committee. He once served as vice mayor of Mianyang City, Sichuan Province.

In September 2012, he was sentenced to life imprisonment for bribery.
