Early experience

Song Yueting was born in Taipei, Taiwan Province. He has been making and drawing cartoons since he was a child. Since he was 4 years old, he liked to draw on the back of his parents' discarded manuscripts and scripts. When he was 9 years old, he was interviewed by CCTV news magazine 60 minutes. At the age of 14, due to severe sinusitis, he was sent to the United States by his mother for medical treatment, and began to study abroad. Song Yueting studied in an art middle school in Los Angeles, during which he came into contact with hip-hop culture and was deeply fascinated by it, but at the same time, he came into contact with local gangs and had a group of friends who were not worth associating with. At the age of 19, because his friend was bullied, he pretended to be a member of the Huaqing Gang to intimidate each other. After the incident, his two friends linked up to sell him. Song Yueting was sentenced to three months' imprisonment and suspended for three years.

Acting experience

Personal life

Song Yueting's father is an advertising director and his mother, Li Huagang, is a TV director. Song Yueting is the eldest at home, and has a younger brother, song Xueting. In 2001, song Yueting was diagnosed with advanced bone cancer. On August 9, 2002, song Yueting, who was hospitalized in the hospital, suddenly insisted on going home and sat on the sofa until night. That night, he passed away in the arms of his mother Li Huagang. He was only 23 years old.
